How to take it
- One scoop in 6–8 oz of cold water, 30 minutes before training
- Two scoops if you know you tolerate it — that is 350mg caffeine, so most people should stay at one
- Do not exceed two scoops daily
- Not within six hours of bed
Good to know
175mg caffeine is roughly one strong coffee. That is a moderate dose for a pre-workout — many run 250–350mg — so if you have found others too harsh, this one is gentler. Count it towards your daily total and skip the coffee beforehand.
Beta-alanine causes paraesthesia — a harmless prickling in the face, neck and hands that starts 15–20 minutes in and passes within the hour. Expected, not an allergic reaction. Splitting the scoop reduces it.
Note there is creatine in here already, so check the label before stacking it with a separate creatine product.
