Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping speeds

Economy: 5–8 business days
Standard: 3–4 business days
Express: 1–2 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are transit times and do not include order processing.

Free shipping

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50. Applied automatically at checkout — there is no code to enter, and it applies to every product we sell.

Extended dispatch items

Part of our range is made to order and ships on a longer timeline. These items carry an extended dispatch window, shown on the product page and again at checkout. You still choose your delivery speed:

Economy: arrives in 9–14 business days
Standard: arrives in 7–10 business days
Express: arrives in 5–8 business days

Each of these allows 4–6 business days for dispatch before transit begins. Free Standard shipping still applies on orders over $50.

If your order contains both standard and extended-dispatch items, they may arrive separately and on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment as it leaves.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check its progress on our Track Order page.

If you bought from us through Amazon, your tracking lives in Your Orders in your Amazon account rather than here.

Wholesale and bulk orders

Bulk orders ship within the United States only and run on a separate schedule from retail — typically 3–6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on quantity and whether custom labelling is involved. Your exact lead time is confirmed in writing before any deposit is taken. See our Wholesale page for details.

Something gone wrong?

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email Support@nutri-magic.com with your order number and we will sort it out. We usually reply within 24 hours.
