Where are your supplements made?
Made and packaged in the USA from domestic and imported ingredients. Some botanicals — saffron, for one — simply do not grow in the United States, so we say it that way rather than rounding up.
How long does shipping take?
Standard is 3–4 business days, Express 1–2, Economy 5–8. Free standard shipping on orders over $60. Part of our range is made to order and ships on a longer timeline — those items show an extended dispatch window on the product page and again at checkout.
What if it does not work for me?
On your first order you have 30 days to ask for a refund on one bottle even if you have opened it and used it. That is the point of the guarantee — we would rather you tried it properly than wondered. Any other bottles in that order come back sealed; on repeat orders we need the bottle unopened.
