How to take it
- One scoop in 6–8 oz of cold water, or your usual smoothie
- Drink within 10 minutes of mixing — it separates and the taste goes off
- Cold water mixes better than warm
Good to know
It tastes green. There is a little stevia in it and nothing else for sweetness — any greens powder that tastes like a milkshake has considerably more. Blending it with half a banana is the usual fix.
Contains wheat grass and barley grass — the young leaves rather than the grain, normally gluten-free, but this is not certified gluten-free.
Contains ashwagandha and ginseng, which can interact with thyroid medication and sedatives.
