How to take it
- Shake well before every use

It stains. Teeth, tongue, worktops, grout, fabric. Diluting in water reduces tooth staining; a straw helps more. Wipe spills immediately — dried methylene blue is very hard to remove.
It will turn your urine blue-green. Expected and harmless.
Do not use alongside SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs or other serotonergic medication without consulting your doctor — there is a recognised interaction risk. Not suitable with G6PD deficiency. Adults only. Not for use if pregnant or nursing.
