Good to know
Hair grows roughly a centimetre a month, so nothing you take will show up quickly. Three months is a fair window before you judge it — anyone promising results in two weeks is describing something other than hair growth.
This replaces a daily multivitamin. Do not stack it with one — it already carries a full vitamin base, and doubling up on iron and fat-soluble vitamins is the one place more is worse.
