Good to know
This does not replace eating vegetables, and the panel above shows why: 600 mg of concentrated powder is a fraction of a gram. When you eat a carrot you get fibre, water and volume — the things that fill you up and feed your gut bacteria. What survives drying is a portion of the polyphenols and some micronutrients. Genuinely useful on a bad week; not the same as the vegetable.
Gelatin capsule — not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Contains garlic, which can interact with blood thinners at supplemental doses. Adults only. Not for use if pregnant or nursing. Certificate of analysis available on request.
