How to take it

Good to know
Do not stack this with a separate multivitamin. It already contains a full vitamin and mineral base, and doubling up on fat-soluble vitamins and iron is the one place more is worse.
The DHA is sourced from tuna and the phosphatidylserine from soy, which is why this is not a vegan product.
